Software Support



User Support Services provides support for institutional purchases only. For assistance, call 5-HELP or e-mail help@pdx.edu. Support includes technical support, pre-purchase assistance, installation, problem research, and training.

Some organizations within PSU have their own support teams. Faculty and staff from these areas can order software from User Support Services using the software order form but should contact their support team to install the software. Listed are a few of these organizations:
